wonderful! this has been my first swappa purchase. i ordered my phone mid-afternoon and the seller had a shipping label and everything made out about an hour afterward, then it went out the next day when USPS picked it up, so from their end shipping was very quick. the phone arrived in the exact condition described (in better condition if anything), activation went smoothly, and i'm very happy with the purchase overall - one of the latest phones, practically new, for almost half the price! seller is also very prompt in communicating if there's an issue - the particular color i ordered turned out to be out of stock, and they contacted me within the hour to clarify and offered either a refund or to send out the same phone in the same condition, just a different color. i was impressed with how quickly they got in touch and helped me, the issue was settled in about five minutes. will definitely be purchasing from this seller again when i'm in the market for another phone.
