Galaxy S8 arrived with a bad ear speaker. It was promptly exchanged by the seller. The second phone came with the wrong USB charging cable (MicroUSB instead of USB-C). The seller also responded promptly to send the correct cable. It was a bit of an inconvenience to get it all sorted out, but the seller communicated well and responded quickly.
