Very disappointed. Took almost 2 weeks just to receive it which was 1 week after I was supposed to receive it. Then the charger that came with it I had plugged in for over 12 hours and it hadn't charged enough to be able to turn it on. Charger was a cheap one that didn't even work. Would not buy from them again.

Phone arrived in good working condition. The box used was just adequate, the packing lacked. Phone was flat against the bottom of the box in a plastic bag, cord and charger loose and a wad of packing paper on top. This kept the contents from rattling around but would not have helped protect the phone from shock damage if dropped on the bottom or sides, nor would it have provided good crush or puncture protection. From what I have experienced of USPS handling of insurance claims, any claim on this phone would be denied due to the packing.

Please pack better in the future.

Beyond that I cannot complain. The phone's screen is in very good condition, there were no dents or dings in the sides or back of the phone, just some scuffs/scratches as described. The phone powered on, was fresh from a factory restore, and everything so far has worked (which is more than I can say for the last and most recent purchase I made from another business that sold here, and no longer does).

The phone came in condition described, along with a working charger. Shipping was a little long, and packaging could have been better (wasn’t very protecting) but overall my boyfriend loved it and is very happy with it!

Slightly more scuffed on the four corners of the phone than expected, but that's more of a problem with my expectations. iPhone 7 came fully functional and unlocked, and USPS tracking worked perfectly.
