False advertising. I opened my iPhone X's box to reveal fingerprints all over the plastic overlying the screen as well as some sort of brown, straw-like debris and white hair-like material.

The product was advertised as unboxed, and there was not even plastic surrounding the box. I hold BUSINESSes to what they say, and if they are distrustful with the small details then they have no reason to brush more important things under the rug.

The box they shipped it in was the smallest and tightest fitting box around an expensive product to be shipped literally across the entire country in. I was incredibly shocked that they thought it would be sufficient protection, but when you want to cut corners....

I do not intend to buy from this seller again.
