This seller sold me an AT&T phone that turned out to be on their "lost or Stolen" list and I could not use the phone. The phone also arrived brand new in a sealed box but had an activated SIM card in the phone with a phone number associated with it. I had to contact SWAPPA to get the company to refund my purchase. Poor communication with the buyer. Buyer Beware.
Very cool seller. Cleared up a very small issue with the phone as soon as I brought it to them. Great device.
Perfect. EXACTLY as advertised
Great!! Got it in perfect condition, and it worked great... for two months, the device was suddenly blacklisted and I could no longer use my cellular service, however, the company was very fast with a response and I await my refund. I am still pleased with their customer service.
Device just as described, works great!
There was some fairly noticeable scuff marks / scratches on the front of the screen and they rated it as 8/10 in terms of quality (and backed it that it was a correct rating once I emailed them). They responded quickly but it was a bit disappointing that their rating system doesn't seem to line up with the one that Swappa uses (https://swappa.com/faq/answer/device_condition). Other than that, quick quipping, decent price.
I ordered two phones. One of them was absolutely perfect and the other one was dead on arrival. The second phone wouldn't charge at all. The seller responded promptly and processed a refund for the bad phone. Very good customer service but had to mark as Neutral due to not meeting the requirements for a fully tested and functional phone.

Device that I was sold is a "blacklisted" device because it had a finance charge left on it from the original owner. Trade in Tech has gone radio silent for over a month while I'm trying to refund this device with an open case with PayPal.
Everything was perfect. Great deal on an iPhone X and shipped quickly. Had the phone in under 5 business days. A+
