I purchased this phone with little to no hassle and I received my phone sooner than expected. I did have to request a new charging cord because the one they sent did not work. They sent me 2 new cords for the inconvenience and both of the new cords worked. I was a little disappointed in the condition of the phone, they had multiple similar phones to choose from and color was not a big deal since there would be a case on it. So I decided to go with the one that was in the best condition based on pictures. When I got the phone there was damage that was on the phone that was not shown in the pictures. So I feel like they use general pictures, not ones of the actual phone that they will send you.
The phone over all is in condition and working. Last, possible concerns, the phone does not come with a SIM card and when I went to add it to my account at Sprint they said it might not work because it was a pre-paid phone before. They tried it and it DID work!

Phone arrived in excellent condition. A few minor scratches to the screen like the description said, but they are not visible after applying a screen protector. Very good seller.
