Not sure why the seller marked the condition as good when it was pretty much mint condition. Seller communicated in a timely manner and the product shipped fast. I would highly recommend this seller.

The device arrived with some small issues, but was otherwise correctly described. The camera was slightly misaligned (did not affect its function). Coconutech was extremely quick to respond to emails (within a few hours even in the middle of the night and on the weekend) and was very accommodating in getting my issues resolved. They offered a full return, but we were able to find a different solution that let me keep the device.

If you haven't met our cut off time, we will ship your device in the next business day.

We ship with USPS First-class -> 2 to 5 business days depending where you are in the US

If you'd like to receive your item faster with USPS Priority -> 1 to 3 business days, please contact us. An additional charge of $10 will be due for handling/shipping.

Return & Refund Policies

We believe in fairness and we don't want our customers to have a device they don't like. We know how frustrating it is when you get an item that does not correspond with what you wanted. Returns happens in very rare occasions, but when they do, here is our policy:

Where the device doesn't match the description of the listing or where there is a defect not otherwise specified by us, please let us know within 3 calendar days of receiving the device. We will provide you with a shipping label and a full refund upon receiving the device back. No fees or charges of any kind will apply.
