The phone arrived in great shape and worked perfectly upon receiving it (3/15/2017). On 04/12/2017 the device was blocked from the TMobile network and I was unable to rectify the situation with TMobile support (the previous owner's account was delinquent in some way). On that same day I contacted Coconutech and they responded to my emails very quickly. The situation was rectified by the following day (04/13/2017). While I would've obviously preferred to not have an issue with the device in the first place, Coconutech was expedient in solving my problem and put my fears at ease. Had I purchased this device from an individual, I'm not sure I would've ended up with more than an expensive paper weight. I would absolutely do business with Coconutech again in the future.
