Bought the phone Sunday, got it delivered to my house on Friday , when I received the phone it was service locked, but with the help of coconutech customer service they were able to unlock it within 24 hrs of my call :) the phone is almost new, no water damage, fully functional and I love it! Thank you so much!!

I'm marking this 'neutral' only because one of the two phones I ordered arrived in not working order - the on/off button was not functional. However, the seller promptly replaced the item and was very courteous. I would purchase from this seller again. I would recommend (not just for this seller) that the buyer thoroughly check each item for full functionality before completing a sale. The two phones in this order look great and are working well.

Shipping Policies

If you haven't met our cut off time, we will ship your device in the next business day.

We ship with USPS First-class -> 2 to 5 business days depending where you are in the US

If you'd like to receive your item faster with USPS Priority -> 1 to 3 business days, please contact us. An additional charge of $10 will be due for handling/shipping.

Return & Refund Policies

We believe in fairness and we don't want our customers to have a device they don't like. We know how frustrating it is when you get an item that does not correspond with what you wanted. Returns happens in very rare occasions, but when they do, here is our policy:

Where the device doesn't match the description of the listing or where there is a defect not otherwise specified by us, please let us know within 3 calendar days of receiving the device. We will provide you with a shipping label and a full refund upon receiving the device back. No fees or charges of any kind will apply.
