Originally no issues with the sale.

A year later when I went to go sell the phone on swappa, I received an email that the IEMI was blocked by a carrier. We contacted the only carrier we used during the year we had the phone & confirmed it was not blocked by them.

The original seller has had the phone listed as stolen/lost after we purchased it.

There was a problem with the phone and the seller was quick to respond and try to resolve the problem. Even though I ended up having to return the phone the seller was very helpful and quick to refund. I would buy from them again.

Phone was in great condition and has no problems after 5 days. The 30 day warranty advertised seems to be a reduced cost repair subscription which the buyer can sign up for without cost for the first 30 days and is then $4.99/month if not canceled. Not the typical warranty, but better than most! I am very pleased with my purchase- thanks!

If you haven't met our cut off time, we will ship your device in the next business day.

We ship with USPS First-class -> 2 to 5 business days depending where you are in the US

If you'd like to receive your item faster with USPS Priority -> 1 to 3 business days, please contact us. An additional charge of $10 will be due for handling/shipping.

Return & Refund Policies

We believe in fairness and we don't want our customers to have a device they don't like. We know how frustrating it is when you get an item that does not correspond with what you wanted. Returns happens in very rare occasions, but when they do, here is our policy:

Where the device doesn't match the description of the listing or where there is a defect not otherwise specified by us, please let us know within 3 calendar days of receiving the device. We will provide you with a shipping label and a full refund upon receiving the device back. No fees or charges of any kind will apply.
