We are proud of our green identity by being able to avoid "tech waste" and giving used phones a purpose. We try to make everything in the process as green as possible! Based in south Florida, we're a family business that has grown significantly with our outstanding customer services, prices and quality devices. Collectively the owners have more than 12 years of experience with cell phones in general. Our trained warehouse staff makes sure devices go through the most thorough of inspections, to make sure that our customers are happy with what they receive. Shipping Policies

** Same day shipping if ordered and paid before 2pm EST (business day) **
If you haven't met our cut off time, we will ship your device in the next business day.

We ship with USPS First-class -> 2 to 5 business days depending where you are in the US

If you'd like to receive your item faster with USPS Priority -> 1 to 3 business days, please contact us. An additional charge of $10 will be due for handling/shipping.

Return & Refund Policies

We believe in fairness and we don't want our customers to have a device they don't like. We know how frustrating it is when you get an item that does not correspond with what you wanted. Returns happens in very rare occasions, but when they do, here is our policy:

Where the device doesn't match the description of the listing or where there is a defect not otherwise specified by us, please let us know within 3 calendar days of receiving the device. We will provide you with a shipping label and a full refund upon receiving the device back. No fees or charges of any kind will apply.

Our FREE 30 DAYS WARRANTY is offered as part of our Subscription Program (no long term contract, you may cancel it at any time). If you wish this warranty to be valid and have effect please contact us for further details after your purchase.
