Was not shipped by seller within required 48 hours. Had to email seller to get it mailed. Arrived and battery was no good. Had to purchase new battery. Not happy with purchase.

Responsive and timely

Sent me a phone that was damaged and not unlocked!
then gave me a partial refund to replace the screen and seller processed unlocked after i mentioned it.
then filed a false insurance claim with USPS saying package was missing items/damaged while shipping which it clearly was not as i was not asked from the seller on the condition of the box when it arrived!
