Phone was new as advertised, but had significant trouble with activation due to some hardware issues. Thankfully NIrav helped with diagnosis and saved me having to wait 2 weeks for an Apple store appointment. Still disappointed that the hardware issues led to another 1-2 weeks of diagnosis myself...

Looking to purchase phone as a gift for grandparent... Seller listed phone as in “good condition”, however the volume up/down buttons didn’t work properly. I requested a refund, since it wasn’t listed accurately, which he refused at first, then Swappa staff advised seller he was responsible for refund and told him several times he had to cover return shipping cost as well since he didn’t list as per their terms & conditions. However, in the end he refused to refund me the $7.20 after I shipped the device back, even though the listing was his error.
