Item was not mint as described.. ding on camera bezel and missing components..

This item arrived unusable. I wish to seek a refund.

Bad seller.

Was not shipped by seller within required 48 hours. Had to email seller to get it mailed. Arrived and battery was no good. Had to purchase new battery. Not happy with purchase.

Sent me a phone that was damaged and not unlocked!
then gave me a partial refund to replace the screen and seller processed unlocked after i mentioned it.
then filed a false insurance claim with USPS saying package was missing items/damaged while shipping which it clearly was not as i was not asked from the seller on the condition of the box when it arrived!

Item description was not accurate. The phone was bent and had a considerable dent in the back. None of which were apparent in the photos. Seller was responsive and did provide a partial refund.

Speaker on the phone does not work. And the keypad does not work sometimes.

Looking to purchase phone as a gift for grandparent... Seller listed phone as in “good condition”, however the volume up/down buttons didn’t work properly. I requested a refund, since it wasn’t listed accurately, which he refused at first, then Swappa staff advised seller he was responsible for refund and told him several times he had to cover return shipping cost as well since he didn’t list as per their terms & conditions. However, in the end he refused to refund me the $7.20 after I shipped the device back, even though the listing was his error.
