Diligent and provided fast shipping. Phone is fully working at the moment. Only complaint is that box provided did not match the phone’s IMEI. This was not previously stated on the listing. When I brought it to the seller’s attention, they did not provide any solutions.

The seller was unaware that the forward facing camera didn’t function, but once he became aware he issued a full refund and provided a return postage label. He had also thrown in a box and some accessories free of charge. He therefore gets positive feedback from me.

Unfortunately the phone did not work out, but the return process was quick and easy! Would feel comfortable buying from again knowing that if things didn't work out, customer service is great.

Was not shipped by seller within required 48 hours. Had to email seller to get it mailed. Arrived and battery was no good. Had to purchase new battery. Not happy with purchase.

Sent me a phone that was damaged and not unlocked!
then gave me a partial refund to replace the screen and seller processed unlocked after i mentioned it.
then filed a false insurance claim with USPS saying package was missing items/damaged while shipping which it clearly was not as i was not asked from the seller on the condition of the box when it arrived!
