The seller responds quickly and politely to all communications. Shipping was quick, packing adequate, and a tracking number was provided by the seller, though he was not required to do so ;-)

Original photos did not include rear cover of device, presumably because of heavy wear on it. Description field for damage was left blank, but water indicator was bright red. However, phone seems to work well thus far.
