Phone arrived in good condition and worked. Nice! Would be nice if seller would include a cheap USB charging cord with their phones, but listing didn't say it was included...so not a big deal. Great phone for the money.

Both phones had problems. First phone: battery would not release & touch screen would randomly stop responding. Replacement phone: GPS totally dead & main camera would not focus. However, seller covered all shipping and gave a prompt refund at the end. In summary, an honest dealer who should work on improving their pre-sale testing.

Phone sent was not in stated condition - headphone jack would not register multiple sets of headphones. Seller was responsive and allowed me to ship the device back. Seller stated that they were able to fix the headphone jack and shipped it back. However, once I received the phone, it still had the same issue. Seller offered to refund and ship another phone. Rather than be without a phone for another week, I opted to have the phone repaired locally.

Received the device in exactly the condition described, a credit to the seller. Was shipped day after purchase, overall a very good experience.
