My fault for not vetting this phone in a more timely fashion - crack on corner of phone obvious but did not check soon enough. Would suggest next time consider making similar condition fair instead of good.

We received this device 2 days ago and we tried booting the device and we have not had any luck. We cannot get it to boot past the Google boot screen. I have provided pictures the reflect this. Since we are unable to get this device to boot properly we would like to send the device back as soon as we can. Would you be able to provide a return label?

The seller was easy to work with. When we had an issue with one of our purchases, they were willing to send a new phone.

I thought there'd only be one scratch at the top of the frame, but there are scratches all over the sides too, but I'm not really complaining I just put a case over it. Such a beautiful phone.

item listed as mint but there were minor scratches on the top and bottom. Also the item shipped in a ziplock bag, inside of a corner cut out of a flat rate envelope... surely they could have used an entire flat rate envelope.

Item was delivered fast. The phone back had a slight lift, didn’t notice it in the photos.

I tried putting my sprint SIM card in the phone and it keeps saying no service

Received a detached moldy smelling screen at first instead of an iPhone. I let the seller know and a few days later they sent the actual phone I ordered along with an extra tempered glass screen protector and a case for the mistake. Shipping was very fast. Everything was in good condition.

Phone battery is not sufficient. It dies at half battery. Super fast shipping same day as I bought the phone!

Phones works perfect, but cosmetic condition was worse then pictures were showing.

Phone dies way too quickly and has shut down unexpectedly.

Fast shipping. Overall good experience. What you don't see from the pictures is the phone's screen coming apart at the top corner.

I returned phone because it was not fully functional. The 3d touch feature which works with a pressure sensitive screen was not working. Haptic touch worked but that is a feature based on touch and hold, no pressure required for it to function. You can do many of the same things with haptic touch as 3d touch but as my daughter wasn't willing to accept a phone which was malfunctioning, I returned it. Seller claims phone passed 3d touch test. The seller is either mistaken in their accessment of the phone (which is possible) or are unwilling to admit screen doesn't have any sensitivity to pressure whatsoever. I've given them a neutral rating because they refunded the purchase price of the phone promptly but they refused to reimburse $11 and change for return shipping. I should have taken video to demonstrate 3d touch clearly failed to function but I didn't think it would be necessary. Clearly it was necessary after all. Could have been worse though I've had worse experiences here

Phone screen is popping out due to defective battery. Seller is willing to fix the problem. Battery was replaced, screen still slightly sitting above frame. Phone will not sit in a case flush. Company is willing to refund what I paid and the phone will be returned.

Would purchase from them again. Thanks great phone.

Pixel 2 was shipped with bad screen, dead touch zone.
Sent back for refund, seller provided shipping but dragged their feet with a refund and didn't communicate very well.

Phone arrived. Works fine other than the speaker on the earpiece. It sounds like I’m underwater. I thought it was the other persons phone but it’s anyone I talk to. Disappointed in that aspect.

Although it's was great buy and I'm keeping it, I cannot give a positive rating because the item was not the same color or in the same condition as listed. Item came in the color green(I like it), not black, and with a small but deep gouge in the screen that wasn't visible in the listing photographs as I was lead to believe.

Will need to replace battery, the battery drains extremely fast.

Looseness in the back of the phone, evident repair done and not sealed back up appropriately. Otherwise everything is good.

Fast shipping ... You guys should definitely put a picture of the screen turned off that way people can see the scratches and not be surprised by how deep the scratches are when we get our phone
