Seller said very few scratches in description. Item showed up with nearly the entire frame scratched and scuffed (top to bottom, left to right). Dirt was caked in the charging port, and dirt was caked in headphone jack. Didn't even offer enough of a refund to bring price down to "fair" listing status. Then told me to fix any issues I would have to send in, and pay return shipping. Item poorly described, and I feel very insulted.

Phone looks beautiful and functions great. The only small problem is that the silent/not silent (?) button on the side is a little funky. Other than that I am ecstatic with this phone.

Condition is fair as described but pictures did not do it justice showing extent of fair condition (if light was shone directly on the phone's screen in the pictures provided, you would see the scratches clearly). Otherwise phone is perfectly functional and I am satisfied with my purchase.
