Seller shipped the wrong phone by accident, but promptly corrected the issue and provided a return label within an hour of my request. The correct device arrived in great shape, quickly, and in (almost) perfect working order. The screen had some ghosting at first - an occasional problem with the G5 - but with repeated use the issue has begun to correct itself. Score would be lower had this ghosting issue not cleared up.

The used Samsung Note 4 I purchased arrived in very good condition, screen was in excellent condition and the device was fully functional testing all of its many features.
The battery included was beyond its useful life too low capacity for functional daily use, but the seller graciously gave me a partial refund to cover the purchase of a new battery.
