The device I purchased had bad prongs which was causing the SIM not to be read. But they did refund me.

After 6 months of denied insurance claims with the USPS and haggling with this seller I still have no phone and I'm out $350. because they shipped it in a box a child could open and a postal worker took it. I'm S.O.L. so think HARD about buying from this seller.

Phone doesn't work. Doesn't hold a charge and keeps resetting

First device arrived with a broken camera lens and bootloader warnings. Seller replaced it, but the second device arrived with broken NFC. Seller offered to return again, but I needed a device so I'll just keep it. I wouldn't buy from this seller again, but at least they offered to return it.

Phone volume is so low when talking on the phone, regardless of how high you turn it up. I have to have it on speaker to hear when on a call. Also after two months, the phone randomly has yellow lines through the screen? Disappointed.

this phone has touch disease

Bought a phone that failed to work, continuous battery problems. Cut our losses and bought a new one.

The charge port on this phone WAS NOT CHECKED AND IS BAD SO I AM HAVING TO PAY $60 TO HAVE IT REPLACED LOCALLY BECAUSE I CANNOT DO WITHOUT A PHONE FOR WEEKS WHILE THIS COMPANY JERKS ME AROUND. BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Sale seemed to have gone well at first. Problems arose when the device was defective and the seller got aggressive and refused a full refund.

Seller sold an iPhone with a defective proximity sensor. The defect was not noted in the sale description. Upon return of the device, the seller was initially resistant to refund until a Swappa employee reaffirmed that refund was due.

Terrible customer service and handling of my transaction. False representation followed by severely delayed refund.

Phone had issues right away. Returned twice to be fixed (at our own cost), but it never was. Just had to buy a new phone. Seller says we didn't communicate issues. As a teacher and single mom of special needs kid, this was a big blow to our budget. Super disappointed.

Battery lasted a few hours only. Seller refused to refund because we didn't find out until a month and a half after the sale (took a while to get the right Sim).

This phone only worked for about a month. I will never buy another phone from here again. My daughter saved her money just to buy a phone and was so upset when it stopped working.

this phone was advertised as unlocked, but it was locked to at&t.

Second time ordering because the first iPhone 6 Plus I had ordered had a hardware problem where it would repeatedly turn on and off. Store did issue a refund and had me send the phone back. This phone, the second order, has been showing signs of “touch disease” and has been getting worse ever since I received it. Going to bite the bullet and take it to Apple to fix. Altogether bad experience.

Battery cannot hold a charge rendering phone useless for over an hour. Must be charged constantly and multiple times throughout day. Not in good working condition as advertised.

Apparent internal Screen Damage not defined under the listing, not easily understood as a "damage" just from pictures.

The screen has large noticeable deep scratches.

I wish I could give this purchase a good review, but I can't. The Galaxy S8 showed up WITHOUT a SIM card tray! Just an open hole. I had to hunt around various repair stores to find one and pay an additional $20 to purchase a SIM card tray in order for the phone to be usable.

Worst experience all around I'm not even buying from swappa anymore because of one bad seller

I've had the phone for a single week, sorry about the late report but as of today it stopped working. It turned off immediately after taking it off the charger this morning and no matter how much i charge it, it still won't turn on.

Received phone code locked when asking for help my son attempted too many times and locked the device it needs to be connected to iTunes when asked why phone had lock or if I could get help was told I had no proof it came locked very bad sale and extremely disappointed

The vibration function of the phone does not work and the speaker is in very poor condition. I must request a return or replacement

The device did not meet the conditions specified by their listing. The device was more in fair condition than good leaving me feeling like I over spent. Also had to have to device repaired by Samsung, all around just not a great experience.

The only way to make a call is with blue tooth or on speaker phone..I find it hard to think
that you did not know this..Now Im stuck with a phone that cant make calls...I buy and sell a lot of phone,but Im stuck with this one.

I originally purchased a “fair” black/grey iphone6S plus from this vendor on a Friday evening. The phone wasn’t shipped until the following Tuesday, but that is still within the swappa guidelines. The phone arrived in what looked to be good condition, but upon further inspection, both speakers had issues. The vendor walked me through some trouble shooting steps and when it was determined the item needed to be repaired, they sent prepaid shipping information.

This is the point that I should have canceled my order and purchased a different phone.

The vendor stated they would make the repairs and ship the phone out the same day they received it. It in fact took nearly a week for them to identify that it was an issue they couldn’t fix. All this I was without a phone.The vendor offered to send a replacement phone. I asked them to confirm that it was the same color/ssd size/condition etc as the original phone and they did. When I received the replacement it was a white/rose gold phone

After having this Galaxy s5 for about a week I tried using headphones in it and realized there was only sound coming out of the right side. I tried 3 more pairs of headphones and a set of speakers with the same results. I'm not sure if this problem is something that can be repaired, but I am not pleased.

Hoping to get a little help. I keep getting an error message that states that the charger provided is not compatible with my device and that further use of said charger will damage the device.
