Second time ordering because the first iPhone 6 Plus I had ordered had a hardware problem where it would repeatedly turn on and off. Store did issue a refund and had me send the phone back. This phone, the second order, has been showing signs of “touch disease” and has been getting worse ever since I received it. Going to bite the bullet and take it to Apple to fix. Altogether bad experience.

I originally purchased a “fair” black/grey iphone6S plus from this vendor on a Friday evening. The phone wasn’t shipped until the following Tuesday, but that is still within the swappa guidelines. The phone arrived in what looked to be good condition, but upon further inspection, both speakers had issues. The vendor walked me through some trouble shooting steps and when it was determined the item needed to be repaired, they sent prepaid shipping information.

This is the point that I should have canceled my order and purchased a different phone.

The vendor stated they would make the repairs and ship the phone out the same day they received it. It in fact took nearly a week for them to identify that it was an issue they couldn’t fix. All this I was without a phone.The vendor offered to send a replacement phone. I asked them to confirm that it was the same color/ssd size/condition etc as the original phone and they did. When I received the replacement it was a white/rose gold phone

After having this Galaxy s5 for about a week I tried using headphones in it and realized there was only sound coming out of the right side. I tried 3 more pairs of headphones and a set of speakers with the same results. I'm not sure if this problem is something that can be repaired, but I am not pleased.
