I don't appreciate false advertising by this seller for a phone from a different carrier. The older iPhone could not be activated on Verizon, they couldn't even load the unlocked IMEI despite the seller saying it could work, incinuating that I was an idiot. All followed by refusal to compensate my shipping fees for an item returned after said false advertising. I wasted 4-5 hrs trying to get Verizon to activate on their side after countless phone calls. I desperately needed to have a working phone but lost a week without one. I received a proper phone from another seller, same model, and had it making calls in 10min.

I received the device and it was as described. Happy with purchase.

Communication was poor

Good phone. Packaged in just bubble envelope but other than that no worries.

works perfect .... thank you

Amazing service. Got my phone today and it really is in mint condition (besides a scratch or two on the back--- thats still pretty good so I call it mint.) Works wonderfully and took just a quick switch of the SIM card!

So far, it's been a great phone. The seller was very prompt in shipping it!

The phone works great! I am not sure "mint" was the proper description, as there are two shallow but long scratches on the screen.

GREAT!

Phone works great! Thanks!

Device arrived in time and in perfect condition. I was a little scared when I saw the scratches on the screen protector. But everything turned out ok.

Hi, thanks for shipping the phone and the chargers. However, the chargers were all micro usb-b, not usb-c for the LG G5. I already purchased a separate charging cable, don't worry about it.

Product as described, great seller! A+

Nice phone, but I had to do all the work to get the phone off of old owners account and on to my own. Prompt communication shipped pretty quickly

Fast shipping. Item as described.

Awesome seller! Phone is in perfect condition and exactly as described! Couldn't be more happy!

Quick responses, accurate description, fast shipping.

Edit. Phone turned out to have an outstanding balance and was deactivated after two months. Did not receive any help from the seller (like other reviews have said). After a lot of work with PayPal I have been refunded

Condition of product, shipping, communication all excellent. Would purchase from Used Cell Phones again.

As described. Fast shipping. Thx.

Device received as described. Shipped promptly. Excellent sale!

Seller was communicative during the sales process. Very fast shipping. Item received as described. Made for a good Swappa experience. Would definitely recommend.

Phone is in great condition! I'm definitely happy, but the seller took quite a while to post the tracking number and I never heard back when I asked about it. Still, I got what I paid for and I'd buy from this seller again.

Great! Item received as described in timely manner.
