I was able to speak with the seller and be refunded for the iPhone relatively quickly. Even though I did not get a working phone, the whole process of being refunded was professional. Good job.

Faulty iPhone. Will lag and/or touch screen will not work at all after prolonged use. Additionally, will touch random parts of the screen after prolonged use.

Good Seller. Description of item condition could be better.

I’m happy with the phone which is most important. It was as described. The shipping was an issue since it was sent by US mail. I wasn’t able to get any updates on where it was at. It also took 5 days to get to me when I could have drove 2 hrs to pick it up. It came with tempered glass that doesn’t even fit the screen of the phone I ordered. So I had to order that.

Seller shipped fast. Phone arrived in good condition, however about 6 months later and the phone is no longer registering SIM card

The volume keys do not work.

Tempered glass cover was way too small, I assumed it would be the correct size. Otherwise, the phone is fine.

Item had a minor issue that wasn't listed. On iPhones where screens were changed by a third party Apple of course has to punish the user by disabling auto brightness. This isn't a feature I use but if I would have known the phone was dropped I would have just spent a little more on a different phone. Unfortunately I paid for express shipping and need the phone for work so I am unable to return this for the full refund which was offered. I am not sure how this issue was not picked up on inspection, since I have limited experience buying iPhones and the first app I used tested the light sensor. Everything else tested fine but the phone may randomly get loop disease in a month due to the drop. Giving a neutral rating since the phone was shipped fast enough to receive it overnight. I'm not sure of swappa's policy on repaired phones , but this is clearly not "fully functional" which is required on this site and is how it was listed.

First phone that was sent didn't work but eventually was made right by sending another phone out.

Phone arrived quickly, sorry for the wait I was very busy and couldn't test it for a bit. The condition was very nice under a little dust and a badly applied screen protector.

Update: charger port works it just doesn't notify you that it's charging. update: it's not working ????

Was supposed to get the phone by Friday but it didn't arrive in my mailbox until Monday. That was the postal service though.

Phone is mostly in condition specified, however the phone jack does not work. Little disappointed in this, but not worth the hassle to send it back

Heavy screen burn in listed as a light screen burn and it's alright. Thought the phone shape in good condition.

Quick and easy transaction. Arrived as described. Ordered beginning of June, not even August yet and the phone no longer works. Started to get hot about 2 weeks after having it. Last week I could not got it to turn in. Tried multiple plug ins/ cords. Doing a restart/ hard reset and I can’t even get that to happen. Just a blank scnreen and won’t turn on.
Really bummed as now I have to buy another phone less than 2 months later

Phone was not unlocked at first but seller did quickly address the issue and was able to unlock the phone so we could use it. As of May (4 months after purchasing the phone) it no longer works. Took it to Apple and they said that it has apparent water damage and has corrosion. We did not expose the phone to water so it must have happened prior to our purchase of the phone.

Battery in phone is bad. Can take up to more than 6 hours and still won't be fully charged. Sim tray was missing from the phone when arrived. As a result of that, there's a lot of dust/debris on inside of the phone on front camera lens. That causes photos/videos to appear blurry.

the device is in okay condition. device came with new charger and ac adapter came with dirt/grime all over it.

The reason for 2 stars bec the battery on the phone dies after less than 25 min of use, that was not mention by the seller. I just don’t have time to return it and deal with the refund process and PayPal...I will end up buying a battery from somewhere.
