Awful experience, phone listed at Verizon, turns out it's T-mobile. Stylus never worked. Utterly useless phone and wasted $418. Do not buy from this company. BUYER BEWARE I asked for a partial credit for return bc I waited much longer than 30 days (my fault) but they would not do a thing for me. I believe that the customer isn't always right, I always have after working retail my whole life, but this company sucks and is SHADY. DO NOT BUY FROM Them. And shame on swappa for allowing this dirty ripoff company to sell on their platform. Negative 20 stars

Microphone broke within a few months, had to buy another one.

Bought my phone in the condition "fair", but it was not as such. With this condition I expect scratches on the phone, dents, etc. This phone was worse than that. Right out the box the pixels were messed up. There was this green spot a few millimeters wide that could not be removed. The phone in general is supposed to be able to go 5 feet in the water for 30 mins, which I never took advantage of. As soon as I answer the phone in the shower without direct water contact, it was rendered useless as the touch screen no longer responded. The previous owner abused this phone, and the vendor did not seem to follow guidelines for selling on Swappa. Had I not given this phone extreme care and never dropping it, it would not have lasted a year.

Ordered a "mint" product. The day I activated it, the screen was malfunctioning, going black and flashing. I immediately contacted seller, who was not responsive & wanted "pictures" of the defect...which was not possible because a screen shot didn't capture the screen malfunction. After getting a swappa rep involved, I finally was able to get confirmation they would replace it and send me information on how to do that. After weeks I hadn't received the return label, I contacted them again & included the swappa rep. This time they responded immediately. When I took the cover off to send I found the phone back shattered. I bought a "drop proof" cover with the phone and it had been covered with this since the day it arrived. I didn't drop the phone beyond like on a table or carpet. Def nothing that should have caused the entire back to shatter/spiderweb into tiny pieces even without a high quality cover. I sent it back. After months I got it back w/ refusal to replace. Awful experience.

Took my money and sold me a product that conveniently stopped working correctly after the return window closed. That is NOT a mint condition Item. I will NOT buy from them again.

We. Received a phone that has the wrong carrier

Listed as fair condition, body was in good condition but screen burn in is so terrible I’d barely call this “poor.” Trying to reverse now but it’s not looking promising, may end up having to purchase screen replacement.

The phone arrived on time and was functional. However, it was far from Mint condition, there were scratches, albeit small, around the screen and back. I don't mind the scratches however, the phone has screen insensitivity around the center and top of the screen, and I suspect that it has some issue with the antenna, as I have questionable service everywhere compared to my previous phone which was much older and half the price (Pixel 3A on T-Mobile).

It takes a while to move everything over to a new phone. I was very disappointed that the phone was not able to send texts or receive long distance calls. Weird. I even visited a local Verizon store and we tried several options to fix the problem but none worked. If the seller says the phone works, it should work! I'm dissatisfied with this seller.

I bought a "mint condition" phone. The phone looks brand new, but the vibration doesn't work. Important feature when you can't have your ringer turned up for most of the day.

Product took a long time to get here, it was not tested. Charging port did not work. Got a wireless charging station and the battery only charged to 60% and did not hold the charge for more than 2 hours. A huge inconvenience. This could have all been avoided had this dealer simply tested his product. Which should be par for the course.

Unfortunately the phone proved to have graphics issues, with the screen going wonky most times after using it for a little while. I didn't have much time to test it over the days after receiving it, and thought it might be a software issues, so beyond the return date. And I guess sometimes these things happen, so just consider this review a reminder you may get a less than reliable phone anytime you buy an old used phone. I'm 0 for 2 on this website with two different sellers, and very disappointed it again comes outside the window where I can do anything about it :-( Make sure you wait to buy until you have time available to do good testing.
The Ratings don't suggest the seller is a bad apple, just sometimes things don't turn out well :-( Can't say it's particularly on them, let all the ratings speak, but regardless, the truth is sale did turn out to be a disappointment for me.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy 7 from Cell4Less but there are a number of huge problems so I had to return it. First, the phone was not wiped clean before I got it. There were a number of games on it and some of them said I accessed them and shared information from my Facebook page. The phone randomly heats up so much I need to remove it from my pocket. The phone went from being 100% charged to 15% in 90 minutes. The last straw was that a post was made on my FB page that was not me. This was a horrible experience. The phone was listed as "mint" condition but it is far from it. I returned it and they said the money would be returned through my Paypal account since that is how I paid. They have not done so. I don't know how a company could sell a phone like that and now I am having difficulty getting my money back.

Initially seller sent wrong phone that was defective. When alerted to the issue quickly sent correct phone. Second phone charged a couple of times then stopped charging. Replaced battery but still will not charge. Factory reset but will not charge.

Initially would have given a positive review on the phone I purchased, but not even 3 months later the device is showing technical issues that should not be an issue on a "mint" condition phone. Device was used as an emergency backup so use was extremely minimal and yet the device freezes and reboots and is showing signs of possibly giving out with how many errors have arisen out of nowhere. Very disappointing. Phone also came with off brand battery. Would not purchase again.

Sold me a "mint" condition phone that had been repaired before. The repair work wasn't done correctly and the screen started to come away from the phone body. When I contacted the seller, they said that it looked "mint" to them, and that I was out of luck. Buyers beware this group! There are too many other options out there to take a chance with people like these.

PHONE WAS REFURBISHED WITH A TERRIBLY REPLACED SCREEN. HAD NASTY STICKY STUFF NEXT TO PORTS TOO. DESCRIPTION DIDN'T SAY REFURBISHED. HIS OTHER PHONES ARE PROBABLY REFURBISHED TOO. BUYER BE WARE

The phone was shipped with water damage. I would like my money back.

Phone did not come with the charging jack only the cord. The phone was suppose to be mint but it wasn't even close.

Phone arrived missing the sim tray. Seller responded promptly. Then we found the phone had an issue charging, with a message saying moisture had been detected, when we hadn't even used the phone. We reported this to the seller, and sent the phone back. Seller was prompt with reimbursement, but this issue should have been discovered before trying to sell the phone.

Phone was not in mint condition as advertised, the back and front panels had gaps from the adhesive coming loose, which compromised the IP68 waterproof rating that was one of the reasons we bought this phone. Also signs of wear on the front panel towards the top of the display. Disappointed.

Phone has hardware issues

The phone is damaged. The back is beginning to separate from the frame, the LCD is burnt, and the phone gets very hot. I'm going to have to pay almost what I paid for the phone just to have it repaired. I feel as though the condition of the phone was not properly listed.

Defective, no vetting

Seller was very communicative. However, the first device (rated "Good") was defective, and the replacement device wasn't shipped expedited to arrive in time for our needs. All money was refunded fairly.

The lock button doesn't work, it's scuffed and has black stuff all over it, along with it not connecting to internet even with wifi.

- 2 / 5 stars

Heavy screen burn in listed as a light screen burn and it's alright. Thought the phone shape in good condition.

- 1 / 5 stars

Seller should say battery not good or bad battery instead of battery is not original.

Quick and easy transaction. Arrived as described. Ordered beginning of June, not even August yet and the phone no longer works. Started to get hot about 2 weeks after having it. Last week I could not got it to turn in. Tried multiple plug ins/ cords. Doing a restart/ hard reset and I can’t even get that to happen. Just a blank scnreen and won’t turn on.
Really bummed as now I have to buy another phone less than 2 months later

Phone was not unlocked at first but seller did quickly address the issue and was able to unlock the phone so we could use it. As of May (4 months after purchasing the phone) it no longer works. Took it to Apple and they said that it has apparent water damage and has corrosion. We did not expose the phone to water so it must have happened prior to our purchase of the phone.

Battery in phone is bad. Can take up to more than 6 hours and still won't be fully charged. Sim tray was missing from the phone when arrived. As a result of that, there's a lot of dust/debris on inside of the phone on front camera lens. That causes photos/videos to appear blurry.

the device is in okay condition. device came with new charger and ac adapter came with dirt/grime all over it.

Phone I receive is very clean but the software keeps freezing and the phone turn off all of sudden when using it the touch screen looks like its been replace and doesn't follow commands like it should

- 2 / 5 stars

Quick response , fast delivery..
The reason for 2 stars bec the battery on the phone dies after less than 25 min of use, that was not mention by the seller. I just don’t have time to return it and deal with the refund process and PayPal...I will end up buying a battery from somewhere.
