BUYER BEWARE! Phone sold as unlocked but wasn’t. After 2.5 months I was finally issued a refund. While the problem was finally resolved the seller does not respond to messages unless you get Swappa to freeze their account. Look at the sellers other reviews, this is not an isolated incident.

BEWARE!! RIPPED OFF.
I was given a LOCKED phone instad of an UNLOCKED after having to prove this, and given the seller was unable to unlock it (who knows where did they get this phone from). They refused to pay all the return shipping costs. NEVER BUYING AGAIN FROM THEM.

Big waste of my time. Seller was negligent in confirming the carrier capabilities of this device. I spent 2 days post getting seller to confirm & guarantee this was unlocked. They also listed the wrong phone (color) and condition listed as Mint. Messaged me after sale stating it was not MINT but did offer a discount. In the end this transaction was a train wreck & not acceptable from a Re-seller. Felt like a rookie job here. Zero Stars. In process of refund...

Insanely quick shipping and reasonable price. Phone is in perfect condition upon first inspection and activation.

iPhone was as advertised however packaging and accessories smelled like cigarette smoke. Those were thrown out in the trash.

The phone appears to be in really good condition. It did not come with the tool needed to open up the sim card slot. Also, the charger it came with did not work.
