Phone is as promised:) looks good and runs good.

Seller didn't mention heavy screen burn over the entire screen. Can't see it on the advertising. Seller didn't send 2.1amp USB wall charging head on the advertising, just a cord. I have pictures to show the screen burn & cord.

It's a great phone, in excellant condition it has a tiny mark on the left side but other than that it's in great shape. It set up fast and easy. Thank you so much!

The only small issue I had was that the phone wasn't charged to full, but other than that everything is in pristine condition :)

Sale did not complete because seller couldn't ship out the phone within 2 days timeframe from when payment cleared (Swappa's policy). However, seller was very understanding and issued full refund within a few business days.

Phone appears to be in great condition. Shipped a day late which actually cause a 3 day delay due to the weekend.

The phone wasn't thoroughly tested—the camera didn't work properly. I had trouble getting a reply from the seller about it. Eventually (once I contacted Swappa support after a day of silence) they replied and informed me that the phone was covered by an extended warranty plan, but I had to go to the Apple store myself to get the phone repaired (at no cost in this case, because they covered it as a manufacturing defect rather than accidental damage). I would have preferred that the phone was thoroughly tested—after that, I would have preferred if the seller was responsive when I tried to get in touch with them about the defect. Getting the issues resolved cost me a couple of days of chasing answers, plus a trip to the Apple store on my own time. I'm not rating Negative because I didn't get outright ripped off, but it's borderline.

There was an issue with the Apple Watch but the seller was quick to make it right and refund the full amount.
