waited a week then order was cancelled. send 3 messages and no replys.

The phone was in perfect condition and as described, however the seller shipped it without a box and only wrapped in plastic. I find that in very bad taste. The phone is too expensive to just ship it like that.

Seller cancelled order 5 days after purchase claiming the product was sold. I believe the seller sold the phone after I made the purchase.

The phone was mostly as described, however it came with a slight scratch on one of the top corners. Other than that, phone is in mint condition.

I received all the hardware I expected and when I expected it. The only issue I have is that the phone was not factory reset when I got it. There was still the previous owner's information all over it in an unlocked access method.

My understanding based on this article (https://swappa.com/faq/general/listing-device-criteria) is that all phone sold should be factory reset before I get it. In other words, I shouldn't be able to see someone's Gmail and Facebook notifications like I could when I got this phone.
