Swift Tech Buy

Seller REFUSED to check communication and respond AT ALL for long time. Seller MUST check posts through finalization of sale and beyond if offering limited warranty. I CANNOT recommend seller. Item was returned (not received) and seller questioned whether item was returned 3 days AFTER already signing for its return! Had to get refund via CC company b/c seller would not cooperate.

Read the sellers reviews. While most may be positive, I experienced the same issues as others have commented on repeatedly.

1. Seller was very slow to respond and shipped 2 days late after being contacted twice. He did ship the package overnight to make up for this, however the overnight shipment was made after pick-up time so ended up being 2nd day.

2. Seller did not include all pictured items. Charger which was specifically mentioned in the description and shown in the pictures was NOT included when shipped.

iPad matches pictures and is in good shape.

Overall experience has been negative and I am not bothering to seek the charger from the seller. Not worth the hassle, but I imagine that is what he is counting on.

Phone overall works good but had significant screen burn.

Phone made a great gift.

Purchased phone. Had to ask status because several days pass without communication or tracking info. All to find out seller sold phone to someone else. Aggravating but seller did refund promptly.

I hate to give this a negative rating but I feel that it is more negative than positive. The seller was friendly but they did take a while to get back to me until swappa got involved. The phone they sold me got blacklisted due to the original buyer not paying the phone off months after I purchased it so I had to send it back and they did give me a full refund but I already bought accessories and a phone case for this phone so even though I'm glad I got my money back and was frustrating knowing I bought extra things for this device and then I had to wait a couple of weeks after the first message stating it was blacklisted to get my refund.

update 4/1: After closing the sale, I checked Sprint Financial with the IMEI. Later in day report shows clear Financial, changing to neutral rating..
Seller missed shipping time frame. Swappa messaged seller: "Swift Tech Bu, please communicate and provide a tracking number on this page to keep the sale moving in the right direction."

Also seller sent message: “Sorry, we DO NOT ship by air."

Did not receive the dual port charge featured in a picture of the phone for sale. Seller responded: “Dual port USB charger you see on the photo is ONLY for Photo purpose."

I asked the seller to clarify, but no response. Swappa messaged the seller:”Swift Tech Buy, please check in here.

Swappa sent another message: “Swift Tech Buy, we need you to check in today ... ensure any of your other listings do not show items unless they will be included."

I was going to complain that the device wasn't actually in "mint" condition. It was in very good condition though. The best surprise was that the phone I ordered was advertised at 4GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. The one I received actually had 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. That's the best news I've had in a long time. Not sure it this was intentional or not, but I'll take it! Seller responded to all comments swifty and shipping was exceedingly fast. Got here a day earlier than estimated. I would buy from this seller again. Thank you!

Had some issues with trying to do shipping and family related emergencies so apologies on the timing. We will gladly stick with this phone at this point and are happy with the purchase.

Phone arrived in box and condition listed, but it was mentioned that it'd come with an aftermarket charger, which it didn't. It instead came with a USB cable, which was fine eventually, but now I have to buy a brick.
Other than that, it was fine.

Pretty much as described. The phone had a very small scratch to the screen, barely noticeable so I see how they missed it. But no communication about it after I brought it to their attention. The only communication I had was the notice of the tracking number.
