Stay away from this seller!!! First and foremost, they sold me a phone that had been reported stolen!!! When I returned it to them, it took 2 days to get my payment reimbursed and then an additional 11 days to get my shipping costs reimbursed.

Fantastic seller with phone delivered and fully operational as one would expect. This seller is to be trusted and would buy again from them. Seller shipped promptly and it was delivered by USPS. I would recommend express delivery and express insured delivery which is a purchaser responsibility. If you need a phone this is a good company to buy from.

Sorry it took a bit to complete on my end. It was a challenge to coordinate a time to get the phone connected to service provider. All good as far as we know.

I got this phone at a great price. The seller shipped my item ASAP, and it arrived much sooner than I expected. No problems there!

The only thing that concerned me was seeing that it was not in an "Unopened retail packaging (factory sealed)" condition, as stated in the description. The factory seal was cut along both long edges of the box (bottom), put back carefully, and taped back together with packing tape. I checked the listing once again while I was opening the box, just to make sure I didn't purchase an "Open Box" item by mistake. Sure enough, of the 5 photos listed, only the last one shows a slight view of one of the edges with packing tape. Why this was done I don't know, but it did plant some doubt in me regarding this phone.

I have used the phone for about 1 month now, and checked some diagnostics: and so far, nothing seems amiss. The phone really does seem to be brand new, just not "factory sealed" brand new. I'm very pleased with the phone.

Computer is not turning on. The power cord included with the macbook is for a samsung product, not apple.

The phone is as described. The included charging block is broken and does not work.
