The seller was very thorough, quick to respond and accommodate even with my additional requests. The items were shipped in a securely packaged box; each item was inside a folded mailing bag. The body of the device itself is pristine as advertised, but the screen has scratches only visible at an angle. Either way, I'm happy with the purchase.
