My first time using swappa and took a gamble on buying an iPhone 11. Not only was it a positive gamble on my behalf but the seller was fast with getting my item shipped out and speedy with replies to any questions I may have had. Jorge was helpful when the phone hadn't shipped yet on the 3rd business day after payment. He gave me updated tracking info, and it arrived 2 days later. The screen did have some minor scratching, some I can feel with my fingernail. Overall, phone was in very good condition, but perhaps not mint as was indicated. But they were minor, and I'll probably scratch it a bit more in my pocket anyway. Phone shipped from GA, although seller was listed in CA.

Phone received in pristine condition. Wasn't working 100% when I received; but the seller worked above and beyond to get me what I paid for. 10/10!

The phone had a lot of issues, the sim tray wouldn’t work, the flash didn’t work and the front camera didn’t work. We are almost sure the seller knew of the issues because of the price of the phone. We recommend you be caution with phones from this seller.

The seller was very thorough, quick to respond and accommodate even with my additional requests. The items were shipped in a securely packaged box; each item was inside a folded mailing bag. The body of the device itself is pristine as advertised, but the screen has scratches only visible at an angle. Either way, I'm happy with the purchase.
