Fast shipping, arrived as described, honest seller.

The item is not exactly pristine. The back glass has some small but noticeable scratches that are obvious to the touch. I use a case so I don't really care but hope the seller could check more carefully in the future.

Sent the wrong tracking info and then sent me tracking info saying the phone was still in their warehouse. They really need to work on their shipping process. I was about to have a major, major problem, but the phone showed up. They could have saved me and family and themself a lot of stress if they had the right tracking info and actually knew if they had shipped the phone or not.

The seller was very sufficient and asked any questions or concerns I may had. The phone is in the exact condition as listed, however the seller listed it was AT&T and when I went to switch to the new phone it is not AT&T nor is it unlocked.

Jorge was helpful when the phone hadn't shipped yet on the 3rd business day after payment. He gave me updated tracking info, and it arrived 2 days later. The screen did have some minor scratching, some I can feel with my fingernail. Overall, phone was in very good condition, but perhaps not mint as was indicated. But they were minor, and I'll probably scratch it a bit more in my pocket anyway. Phone shipped from GA, although seller was listed in CA.
