Zen Phones

The phone came as described and is a good value. However it took the seller 12 days to ship the phone (not arrive, just ship). I did order the phone on Christmas Day so there’s some room for delay, but I never received any communication from the seller until I made a comment which makes me wonder if I would have had to wait even longer for the seller to ship if I didn’t comment. At the end of the day I’m happy with the phone. That is just the facts of the experience. If the seller would have communicated with me that they couldn’t get to shipping right away, I would have preferred that to no communication.
