The device arrived has described, and in perfect conditions, arrived in time, good seller, the only thing is he didn’t respond to my question in the sales page, but everything else was good!

The product (Galaxy S21 FE) came on time and it was as advertised in MINT condition. To my surprise it still had a full 'wrapper' around it. So far no problems w the phone. I am very happy. Would recommend Swappa anytime for a top phone without paying top dollars.

Arrived on time and well sealed, though having the phone wrapped in 7 nested USPS envelopes resulted in it tumbling directly to the floor by accident when trying to extricate it, so maybe use bubble wrap next time?

phone seems to be working. took 6 days to arrive. I wasn't a fan of how it was packaged. in two thin usps bubble mailers. seems like there should have been more protection. phone looks good. no cord included

I received the phone in great physical condition, but RCS messaging kept disconnecting. I've only had issues with RCS with this phone and no other phone. The seller was nice and took back the return, but it took weeks for the seller to refund me after they received the item. They should have prepared and put the money in their paypal account while the item was shipped back, instead they did a poor job communicating about the refund, and they put me off for like 2 weeks before issuing a refund. I could give a thumbs down, but I won't since the seller was initially nice and at least the phone arrived in good physical condition
