The phone's camera was broken and not working as advertised. The phone listing also advertised a year of AppleCare, which is nothing special considering every Apple product comes with a general year warranty and the dates the seller listed were different than what Apple had on record. Furthermore, advertising AppleCare is very misleading as AppleCare+ is what people actually pay for - not the general year warranty which comes with a phone. This was the first time I've bought with Swappa and this seller has undoubtedly damaged my respect for Swappa's pre-approved reputability. I would not recommend buying from this seller unless you want to spend more time shipping back a broken product.
