Slower than expected shipping, shipping material was not padded. Thankfully the phone was not damaged.

Shipping left much to be desired, the phone was marked as shipped on 8/18 but was not actually received by the Post Office until 8/24. The seller's communication could also use some work.

However, the condition and functionality of the phone was as expected.

The item was exactly as described.

Seller engagement... could have been better. They only responded when Swappa staff checked in.

Item received as described in the listing however no mention of shipping was given After the sale. And it took longer than usual. Buyer beware If you’re looking to get prompt tracking info upon sale.

I ordered it Saturday night, got it by Thursday. I wish there was a shipping notification just to make sure it was coming in and when I should expect it, but overall I'm happy with the quickness of the shipment and the quality of my product.

Slow shipping 4 days to drop at USPS

Did not ship promptly, printed label but po did not receive items. High dollar item so I was worried.

Item needed to be returned due to Surface Pro being damaged. While it's possible the seller didn't realize one corner was bent causing issues with the display port and the display itself, I do find it suspect no photos were shown of that side of the tablet. That said, the seller did provide a return shipping label and refunded my money. Lesson learned: make sure photos are provided of all sides of the device.

Watch came in great condition and everything works perfect! I'm giving this a neutral rating because the seller doesn't provide the shipping info and when it's shipped. Just like other reviewers say! And the poor communication. I contacted the seller after 4 or 5 business days to see if it had shipped yet and seller never even responded. I waited another day and finally toggled the button for Swappa to help. Only then did seller reply and only with a number. I had to figure out which shipping service the number matched up too. I'd rather not buy from them again.

While the item was unintentionally incorrect, the seller responded to my concerns in a timely manner, offered a full refund, and we eventually came to an agreement.

Item was not 100% as ad said (open and Sprint) but it was refunded immediately and with no problems. Refund process was smooth and seamless. Thanks.

The item came as described.

Posted as unlocked phone, received with T-Mobile firmware, device did however work with a sim from different carrier. Seller agreed to include a charger but only received cord. Phone condition was as described, prompt shipping.

There was a shipping delay. Phone arrived in promised physical condition, but turned out to be a carrier branded phone as opposed to the unlocked version, as advertised. Seller provided a partial refund as restitution.

Shipped quickly, not very responsive. Expected item to be sealed but it wasn’t. Listing listed brand new but never explicitly said it was sealed. However, seller had another listing that was listed as "brand new, sealed and never opened". When asked what the difference was, he said no difference which misled me to presume my purchase was sealed.

Phone did not arrive as it was pictured.

Did not expect that much scratches on the screen but overall its okay

It was a little more scratched up than I would have liked but not terrible quality.

Phone could not be used (unable to be unlocked from another account). However, seller was very responsive and refunded money with no difficulty.

Seller provided fast response and fast shipping

Came as described albeit took over a week for it to come
