THIS SELLER TRIED TO RIP US OFF BY SELLING US A PHONE THEY HE SAID WAS COVERED BY APPLECARE AND IT WASNT. HE WOULLDNT RESPOND TO MYSELF OR THE STAFF AT SWAPPA ABOUT IT ANYMORE, PAYPAL FINALLY HAD TO STEP IN AND WITHDRAW THE FUNDS BACK FROM HIM FOR MISREPRESENTING THE PHONE. The phone works perfectly, there’s no bugs or tweaks that I have seen (yet). As I have only had the phone activated for almost 2 days now. Physically It is not worn down, and the scratches are MINOR. I will say that the battery life on it is short and I’ve had to charge it a couple times through the day. Other than that it’s a good phone for one that’s used. I use it with ting and was able to get a free SIM card along with this purchase.

I bought a galaxy s9 from him but the phone was blacklisted. Idk If owner already knew if it was but he and I resolved the issue and I got my full refund. It took sometime but it's good. My main issue is with Swappa tho cuz how could they allowed a blacklisted phone to be sold? Why did swappa let the post go up if it was blacklisted? I've bought from here before and sold on here for friends and family and Ik from experience they don't allow you to post blacklisted devices so I m justvwondering why this was an exception

The listing was not correctly labeled, the device is NOT SIM UNLOCKED.

The device has not met the '40 days on the T-Mobile network' requirement for them to unlock it for me and my non T-Mobile sim cards do not work.

Luckily for the seller, I would have purchased at this price even if it were locked.

Despite this , the phone was packaged well and sent out fast.
