HE WOULLDNT RESPOND TO MYSELF OR THE STAFF AT SWAPPA ABOUT IT ANYMORE, PAYPAL FINALLY HAD TO STEP IN AND WITHDRAW THE FUNDS BACK FROM HIM FOR MISREPRESENTING THE PHONE. The phone works perfectly, there’s no bugs or tweaks that I have seen (yet). As I have only had the phone activated for almost 2 days now. Physically It is not worn down, and the scratches are MINOR. I will say that the battery life on it is short and I’ve had to charge it a couple times through the day. Other than that it’s a good phone for one that’s used. I use it with ting and was able to get a free SIM card along with this purchase.
