Watch came in great condition and everything works perfect! I'm giving this a neutral rating because the seller doesn't provide the shipping info and when it's shipped. Just like other reviewers say! And the poor communication. I contacted the seller after 4 or 5 business days to see if it had shipped yet and seller never even responded. I waited another day and finally toggled the button for Swappa to help. Only then did seller reply and only with a number. I had to figure out which shipping service the number matched up too. I'd rather not buy from them again.

The device was listed as unlocked but was previously locked by Sprint, although in the end my SIM was functioning. I would suggest the seller to list the devices with further information about the official status of the device. However great service and prompt shipping.
