Never received item

Seller needs to work on communication skills

Had to return the device. It did not work and the IMEI was not clean. Full refund was recieved.

Seller sent wrong iPad, I ordered a 512GB, sent 256GB. At the time he still had another 512GB, but only offered a small refund. Had to accept the small refund, as I needed the iPad for work and could not afford to return it.

Seller was slow to ship, customer service below average.

It said that the computer had never been used but there were pictures and files on the device upon opening and the computer name is “Kingbone”. It was DEFINITELY used to a certain extent and that’s not what the listing stated.

Bad experience

Phone got blacklisted after 6 months

The ad was about as inaccurate as possible saying it was unlocked (it wasn't), that Apple Care was on the phone (it wasn't), ...and other less major issues. Returning it was a back-n-forth hell.

Product looks good but doesn't seem to function very well

Terrible screen condition, a lot of scratches not shown on the listing.

The phone's camera was broken and not working as advertised. The phone listing also advertised a year of AppleCare, which is nothing special considering every Apple product comes with a general year warranty and the dates the seller listed were different than what Apple had on record. Furthermore, advertising AppleCare is very misleading as AppleCare+ is what people actually pay for - not the general year warranty which comes with a phone. This was the first time I've bought with Swappa and this seller has undoubtedly damaged my respect for Swappa's pre-approved reputability. I would not recommend buying from this seller unless you want to spend more time shipping back a broken product.

THIS SELLER TRIED TO RIP US OFF BY SELLING US A PHONE THEY HE SAID WAS COVERED BY APPLECARE AND IT WASNT. HE WOULLDNT RESPOND TO MYSELF OR THE STAFF AT SWAPPA ABOUT IT ANYMORE, PAYPAL FINALLY HAD TO STEP IN AND WITHDRAW THE FUNDS BACK FROM HIM FOR MISREPRESENTING THE PHONE. SWAPPA ARE YOU ACTUALLY ALLOWING THIS GUY TO SELL ON YOUR WEBSITE AGAIN?! BECAUSE IF YOU ARE I WILL NO LONGER USE THIS SITE.
