The phone was delivered as promised with the same condition as the seller described. The phone also arrived on time.

Phone was not sold as described. Phone appears to have been repaired prior as the ear speaker was louder on back of phone than on front (ear speaker installed backwards?). While I was able to return phone and, after some prompting, obtain refund, I can't justify a good rating as the phone was not working correctly.

The user shipped everything promptly. I received the items in good working condition as expected.

Please read. I purchased a phone from Tim and unfortunately the phone didn't work out. People are always leary on what if the phone doesn't work and how am I going to get my money back. Over all decent transaction. Moderately dissatisfied. I got my device but it has semi severe scratches on the body of the device. So I wouldn't classify this as good, its probably fair. Plus the charger doesn't work. The device itself seems to be working just fine. Normal system bugs but that's it.
