As a first time buyer on Swappa I was concerned about buying a used phone from this site. After this transaction I can say I am very happy with the service I received. I will recamend this site to others that may be in the market for a phone. Once I purchased the phone Tim had it in the mail the next day and given tracking numbers. The phome arrived in the condition described in the add, I was able to charge and activate it with out fail. The water damage indicators indicated no water damage. Very presently pleased. The phone looked better than the pictures. It took a little less than a week to arrive through the USPS. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Seller sent a galaxy s4. Sim slot didn't work which he stated he had not tested before sending. Had to ask for the refund and got it but didn't get back the $7 express shipping I paid.

Due diligence on sellers part would've saved me time and money.

Super job. I bought the phone on Thursday Oct 30 and it was shipped the next day. I received it Monday Nov 3 and it was even better than described in the listing. Outside of a few very minor scuffs on the back, the phone is absolutely perfect - and gorgeous! The battery is in great shape (as far as I can tell) and everything works perfectly. I've never purchased a used phone so I was a bit nervous about doing so but no longer. I will look for Tim again when I'm ready to buy the next one (for my wife).

Got the phone a extremely quickly. Phone was in the condition reported (mint with no scratches).

The device condition was exactly as portrayed and described but was sim locked and when i tried to contact the seller he didn't respond but i was able to work it out.

Phone works great! Charger didn't work at first but I commented on the page and he sent a new one the same day. Changed my mind from a 4 to 5 :)
