The phone came in fantastic condition, with the exception of a part that did not work and needed repair. Tim was very prompt in his response when I brought up the issue, and he was very generous in setting the problem right, offering to send me a return label to either return the phone for another or to have him fix the damaged part. He even provided Priority shipping when he sent the repaired phone back to me. I'm very appreciative of his honesty and excellent service, though I was frustrated with the initial problem with the phone, and I would have appreciated having the tracking information provided, especially for the post-repair return shipment, for which he said he would provide it and never did. The pros definitely outweighed the cons, however, and I would recommend this seller.

While purchasing, I was pleased with the quick responses to my questions and the seller's willingness to check the IMEI for me to make sure my provider would accept it. I received the phone a couple of days ago and was initially worried because the box was banged up pretty bad. I took pictures prior to opening the box, just in case there was any damage. I was happy to find that the phone & it's box were adequately protected with bubble wrap within the shipping box. There was no damage to the phone's box, much less the phone. Yay! I finally had a few moments just now to charge and turn on the phone. It seems to work beautifully thus far. The phone was listed as Mint and everything came as it said (box, adaptive fast charger, USB cable, S pen replacement tips, and device literature). I am very happy with this purchase and will undoubtedly be using this seller again. Thanks Tim!!
