The phone came "as advertised" but on swappa beware of what's not advertised. This S4 had a very worn speaker jack so no listening to music on the go. After much research I also learned that this S4 comes from a known batch with a defect that randomly causes the SIM card to stop being recognized. That issue didn't surface for about 3 months, but now I'm rebooting 10+ times a day and am stuck buying a new replacement after only 7 months.

LESSON LEARNED: Buyer beware on any purchase from swappa, even from a highly rated seller.
