Phone is in really good condition and got it in a timely manner.

There was a larger-than expected dent on the back of the phone not shown in the photos.

Shipping could have been more expeditious, taking a couple days to enter the USPS system. I'm not sure whether that was a postal service issue or an issue with the seller. Regardless, the device was received in great condition, packed well, is fully functional and my wife is very pleased. Seller was very responsive when contacted as well.

The phone came as pictured/described, but without the noted charger. I can look past this given the deal I received on the phone. Although noted that there was next day shipping, this did not happen, but I suspect the holidays made communication and shipping a little tough. I would buy from the seller again, but make sure to get the accessories promised.

pretty good overall. The phone had some condition discrepancies that weren't described or pictured. I would recommend pictures from all 4 edges not on a flat surface. Everything else was cool, just not the condition i envisioned

Not responsive to early questions. Shipped later than the original post promised, and arrived later than we had hoped. Phone was in the condition promised, although missing a SIM card. As a newbie to this site, I wasn't aware that was common procedure and it wasn't listed on the post anywhere.

Its been four months from the date of the transaction and I am happy with my purchase. The seller was quick to answer all questions in a fast professional matter, shipped quickly a few hours after payment and provided an additional charger not in the listing for free. The phone quality was completely in mint condition, if it wasn't for not having the original OEM packaging I would've believed the phone was brand new. Will definitely buy from again in the future.
