Having previously had a horrible experience with another seller, my experience with Andrew was excellent and even though I would have loved to have kept the phone (the screen was not fully responsive, and would barely respond with a tempered glass screen protector installed), Andrew immediately took responsibility and made the return process easy and was professional every step of the way. Everything else with the phone was exactly as described. Sometimes there are unforseen issues outside of the seller or buyer's control, but you don't have to fear that with this seller! Buy with confidence!

The screen blemish is slightly more noticeable than what the listing describes it as, but it is hard to pick up on a camera, and does affect the functionality of the phone at all. Great seller!

Phone received in overall good condition except for few scratches on corners not mentioned.

The phone took 6 days to ship out. When received, it showed water damaged indicator was tripped and would not turn on after 1 day. Items was significantly not as described. Communication was spotty. Received refund.
