Phone took a while to activate, due in part to what the Verizon tech and the Apple tech I worked with, feel was caused by a slight bend in the case of the phone. Was eventually able to get the phone straightened out a bit which then caused the phone to be able to activate. We will see how it goes.

The phone was superb, great condition however the fingerprint sensor was defective, phone was still under warranty it was replaced with a new one by carrier.

Seller sold this phone as "Mint" which under Swappa conditions means "No signs of use" this phone had considerably wear on the home button (Paint was completely worn off) , There was NO mention of this in the description other than "Mint". BEWARE!!!
