If I could give a zero or negative rating, I would. I purchased a phone listed as "Mint" condition. Mint, by definition on this site, means it has no scratches on the screen. The device I received had a scratch on the screen. If I wanted a phone with a scratch I would have bought one in Good or Fair condition. I sent the phone back and was refunded but seller refuses to reimburse me for shipping. He claims the phone is still Mint condition but he re-listed the phone as "Good" condition. Funny how that works..I will NEVER do business with this person again. Beware...

Phone listed as Mint Condition - does not meet Swappa's definition - not what I expected from a long term Swappa seller. There are tiny scratches around usb port, on home button, and something dark and sticky in a couple of places on the edge of the phone. Still I am satisfied with a Good Condition phone that works in every other way for the price paid.

Phone came as described and fast shipping

Great phone. Works very well. There was a lot of residue around the edges of the phone, probably from an old case, but I had to take some rubbing alcohol to it to get all of it off. Not a major issue, but a inconvenience.
