The front camera barely works

The phone took 6 days to ship out. When received, it showed water damaged indicator was tripped and would not turn on after 1 day. Items was significantly not as described. Communication was spotty. Received refund.

I've talked to the seller about a problem I had with the phone I just bought from him, and he basically told me too bad. I wouldn't recommend him.

If I could give a zero or negative rating, I would. I purchased a phone listed as "Mint" condition. Mint, by definition on this site, means it has no scratches on the screen. The device I received had a scratch on the screen. If I wanted a phone with a scratch I would have bought one in Good or Fair condition. I sent the phone back and was refunded but seller refuses to reimburse me for shipping. He claims the phone is still Mint condition but he re-listed the phone as "Good" condition. Funny how that works..I will NEVER do business with this person again. Beware...

Beware bought 2 phones both w issues seller very hard to work with.phone with no stylus and broken stylus stuck in, I only asked for $30 refund so I can keep the phone with issue.

Seller sold this phone as "Mint" which under Swappa conditions means "No signs of use" this phone had considerably wear on the home button (Paint was completely worn off) , There was NO mention of this in the description other than "Mint". BEWARE!!!

I just received the phone and there were many problems on the phone. The screen has dead pixel on the top right also there is a big scratch on the back button also the home button has crack glass. I will ship the phone today.

Phone went dead as soon as I received it and turned it on.

This was a nightmare, i thought i was buying this 6s from a highly rated seller but i was wrong. I received the 6s no problem but once i tried to call out with the phone, i could not hear the person i was calling and they could not hear me. I started freaking out because i paid over 500 dollars for this dam phone. I also found that The voice memo record button would not even highlight so i could not activate it. Long story short i sat in the Apple store for two and a half hours waiting for them to look at this "good condition" iPhone 6s. They did tell me it was a software problem and replaced the phone for me, which i was grateful. My only question is why did this seller send me this damaged phone to? Any good seller should have tested the phone throughly. I wasted so much time and money screwing with this that i will never buy another phone from swappa again period.

Device shipped had a defective charging port. Shipping was fast and the packaging was very good. Return went smoothly, but I would have appreciated a more thorough inspection. I paid to ship it back.

I purchased a phone advertised as a T-Mobile phone but received a locked AT&T phone. The seller did not properly advertise this phone. Working with this seller was not very smooth either as the responses were delayed and communication for next steps were not clearly described.

Well at first this phone wasn't as he described the iPhone 6 plus is active under a account and for the reason it no good. I want to return you the phone but I haven't gotten any respons.

I received the phone and cannot activate it

This was a pretty terrible transaction and due to that I really cannot recommend Andrew. He sent me a damaged phone and it was like pulling teeth to get a refund which he did end up doing. He refunded me in a way that I have to wait 7 days to get my refund so I am NOT happy about that either. I recommend asking for close-ups of all phones from ANY seller on Swappa!

Phone returned due to multiple issues: IMEI in the settings menu reads UNKNOWN. Phone will not activate. Camera failed. Swollen Battery will not hold a charge. I lost money on return shipping.

I went to get the phone activated today and I was told T-Mobile had a block on it I would like my money back!
