We ordered on September 5th. It was shipped the next day. We received it on September 9th, although we were too busy to look at it until the next day. When we opened it up, it was extremely dirty. It would not power on and the charging cable light wouldn't stay on. We informed the seller of the problem right away. He responded the next day, September 12th, asking if it ever powered on; it hadn't. After my leaving two more messages, he informed me simply that he had emailed me a shipping label. We boxed it up and nailed it back. We received a refund on September 20th. Although I am pleased that we did get a refund, I am very disappointed in his communication. There was never any sort of apology for us receiving a broken computer or anything like that at all. I will never trust this seller again.

Sale ended up okay, but the seller shipped the device *before* I confirmed the address which ended up being rather inconvenient.
I never confirmed the address because I saw it was incorrect. (PayPal sent the wrong address even though it was updated a long time ago and no where to be found on my account)
Ended up having to go pickup the package from the old address, which the people were nice enough to give me. (and it was conveniently close by)

Not an issue that many should run into, but shipping before a buyer confirms could end up being a real problem in other scenarios.
