Item arrived damaged, seller asked me to take it to Apple, I did. Took over a week to get the screen replaced (under warranty). Sent wrong charger with it, was nice enough to ship me another one 10 days later. Communication is lacking, I would not get replies days at a time...glad this is over now.

Great seller

Phone stopped working after 5 months. Won't charge. Apple store said the phone has many non apple parts as well as Apple parts from 2014 installed and they cannot repair it. Sent phone back to seller per his request. Has not responded to questions. Tracking number shows phone was received.

Got here after about four days. IPad is in great shape to be so inexpensive. The only complaint I have is Tracking for shipping took a few days to update. Other than that I totally recommend!

Great sale! My only disappointment was the charger that came with it was a knock off 5w adapter compared to the 10w adapter that Apple would have shipped with an iPad.

I love my phone! So glad to have an iphone again. The phone is like new to me. I didn't even notice the blemish that the seller gave it a "fair" rating for, I found it to be excellent.
I am a completely satisfied customer. I was afraid to buy a used phone from a stranger but the site guarantee, the paypal guarantee, and the ratings system the site uses allowed me to shop with confidence and it worked out great.
